The only comment I would make is the breakfast area is quite stuffy/warm could use a little fresh air flow in that area during the breakfast period. Will stay again and would recommend to friends."

"I have also posted the following on Tripadvisor. This hotel was a terrific value and a fantastic location for our needs. It’s literally a block from the Aircoach stop, which is right across the street from the Riu Greshman hotel. We had a quad room—two twins and a double—which was perfectly adequate for our family of four. Our room had an open clothes rack with several hangers, but no dresser or drawers of any kind. It wasn’t ideal, but we made it work. We arrived at the hotel at 6am and were extremely lucky they had a room available for us. We booked online directly through the hotel, which got us breakfast included every day. (I don’t understand the reviews that complain about the breakfast. Is the buffet the same every day? Yes. The same 20+ delicious things.) We also saved 15% by paying in advance, knowing that the booking was fully refundable up to two weeks before arrival. It’s quite a deal. Service was very good. The front desk staff were cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping was equally attentive. They cleaned and fully refreshed our room every day. The Academy Plaza is half a block off bustling O’Connell Street, which is a short walk to the river and also an easy case to catch the bus or Luas tram. Less than a 5 minute walk away, you’ll find a Lidl and Tesco on Parnell Street if you need a grocery run. In short, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for excellent value and especially if you are a walker. It’s a wonderful location for exploring the city on foot."
